I am a voter living in Virginia.

I do not think anyone should be discriminating against anyone when it comes to finding homes for needy children. These children need loving parents - and it's not only straight people that can perform that role.

When agencies act in the stead of the state, they should be bound by principals of non-discrimination even if they are private agencies.

Please stop all discrimination that may be taking place with regard to the adoption or fostering of children.
