Adoption Regulations should be based upon the best interest of the child. With so many needy children in the system it is absolutly foolish to discriminate on prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. This type of thinking to exclude willing, capable and loving potential parents makes VA look foolish to the rest of the world.  Read the studies. There is no basis for such discrimination other than ignorance and hate.
