Please do not require religious based adoption agencies to place children with homosexual couples.  If these regulations are put in place, then faith based agencies will close their doors, and religious freedom will be impeded.  Also, there will be fewer homes to provide services to the children if the faith based agencies are not allowed to exist according to their core beliefs. 

Since homosexual couples are already allowed to adopt children in Virginia, the proposed regulations seem to be more of a political move than an effort to help children.  On behalf of the children and religious freedom, please do not accept the proposed regulations.
