I write to support the regulation passed on April 20 (22VAC 40-131-170B) Keep this as it is. It is not dicrimination to respect the deeply held befiefs of the Faith Based Agencies in Virginia. They must not be put in the situation where they will have to coose between obeying the law or following thier consciences.Relgious freedom is a basic right in our great country. Catholic Charities and other faith based agencies deserve to continue their good work in freedom.G Js
