This is not about discrimination; it is about choice. Faith-based agencies and those who wish to use them should be given a choice and not have that choice removed from them. Religion, faith, belief are all part of the public square and must be considered part of and not divorced from any legislative act. Let those who do not wish to use faith-based organizations be allowed to do so; it is indeed their choice. But so is others' choice to use faith-based organizations. For some of us, our faith and our service cannot be separated intellectually. It would be a disservice to attempt to do so legislatively. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
