We need to protect the fundametal religious rights of birthparents who wish to gift their child their choice of an adoption agency consistent with their religious beliefs. Current law permits non-religious birthparents to choose non-religious agencies, and religious birthparents to choose faith-based agencies without government intrusion. By changing the law, birthparents will lose the right to choose.
