Reading over many of these comments it is disturbing how many of these individuals have perverted, ignorant views on homosexuality.  And when the Board and the Governer changed the originally proposeed regulations, as proposed by former Gov. Kaine, thus bowing to these uneducated individuals they only fed into this ignorance.

Adopt regulations protecting potential parents from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender, age, disability, religious or political affiliation, race, color or national origin
