The Commowealth of Virginia needs adoptive parents. Discriminating on anything  other than a persons ability to provide a loving, safe and secure home for a child  is unfair to children in need.  Disguising discrimination as "religious freedom" is insulting to prospective adoptive parents as well as the dignity of the commonwealth.
