I urge you to reject any regulation that discriminates against faith-based child placement agencies.  Agencies should not be forced to go against their value system to satisfy a small minority's demands that would run roughshod over the rights of others.  Homosexuals already have the ability to adopt children--why are they now demanding that others of faith should not have that right by putting faith-based agencies out of business??  Please consider how such regulations would affect all Virginians.
