I am writing to urge you to NOT adopt regulations that would force faith-based adoption agencies to adopt children to homosexuals, this would discriminate against their beliefs and policies.  There are agences in Virginia that already allow this type of adoption, so I urge you to reject the language that would allow this.  Thank you.
