Faith based agencies have no business interfering in government business an dictating to the entire State their values.   Not all of us share those "values" ("Let he whos is without sin cast the first stone") and why we cherish the seperation.  We need strong, inclusive anit-discriminatory language.  Base foster/adoption decision on a person's capabilites not who they identify with.
