I believe that all people shoild be allowed to be able to foster or adopt a child or children regardless of what their gender preference is.  There are many heterosexuals that ared horrible parents so this is proves that it doesn't matter what you are, it is about who you are  as a person.  There are many people out in this world that should never have had children and the child of these parents are now the ones that suffer.  These children that need to be put into foster care or be adopted should have more opportunites to get into loving homes.  There are not enough to go around.  I know many gay people and they are wonderful human beings.  Do not discriminate against them.  Only children will suffer because of this. I support that anyone that is qualified should not be discrimnated against.  Thank you for your consideration in this very important matter.
