Governmnent should not intrude in faith based agencies' rights to  practice their faith. This includes their rights and beliefs about marriage and family life. Both birth and adoptive parents who hold these beliefs must be allowed to follow them when adopting children. The State has no right to interfere since the founding fathers deliberately separated religion and State.
