The responsibility of the State is to place children into an environment that is: safe, loving, nurturing, and provides our future generation the integrity, honesty, compassion and love that this great country deserves.

Abolish State-licensed child placing agencies from discriminating against children or prospective parents based on race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, disability and family status.
