No child should be denied a home with a potential caregiver/parent who is qualified based on parenting skills and a loving homelife. To deny children a good home is cruel and mean. State-licensed agencies should not have the right to discriminate based on gender, marriage status (single or married), sexual orientation, race, religion, and other non-related factors. Too many children are denied hope of a family. Why not do everything reasonably possible to change this?
