VA Pre-Service is an amazing training and a wonderful asset to staff. That being said, I strongly believe that the 10 hour version of the training should be revised and broken down into smaller portions. More then a few points in that training are outdated and the extensive length of the course has proven a challenge for staff to complete. The updated 3 hour training is helpful and a more ideal time length for staff to be able to review & retain the information being provided.
