I fully support this policy, especially sections such as consistent school pronoun use [even across different learning management systems, forms, and processes], restroom/locker use that corresponds to their consistently asserted gender identity, and supporting the promotion of gender activities, and student clubs. I also support providing LGBTQ2+ inclusive professional development for staff and curriculum considerations. I fully believe that transgender and non-binary students (from elementary to high-school) will thrive if they feel safe and supported by their school staff and teachers.
