I fully support the protections for trans/non-binary/gender non-conforming persons.
As a gender non-conforming person myself, these protections could have helped me a lot when I was in school. No one should have to fear for their safety because of how they choose to identify, particularly children.
It's really disgusting how people try to use their religion as a reason for why they don't support protections. Your religion doesn't extend into the areas of others' lives and ideologies. And what about separation of church and state? And how do pro-lifers justify their views when they're not actively fighting to protect the lives that already are here, even if they don't align with their own views?
