This contradicts science, strips parental rights, and forces people to have their children accept a forced ideology. This also opens Pandora's box and Legal liability for schools, school boards, individual teachers and teachers unions and the state government itself after the first incident of potential Sexual Abuse (intended or accidental) or even Rape when Children are allowed to determine bathroom and locker room use without guidance of adults who are there to protect ALL students!
Parents and Legal Guardians make these decisions NOT school systems which are there to Serve and educate Not Mandate a different set of rules! Legally this will go to the Supreme Court and should if a school system can overstep boundaries like this!!
