Propose laser focused attention to classical world class education in VA schools. It shall benefit all - with no exceptions and/or discrimination - children. It must include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Ancient History, World History, History of the XX Century, English, English/American/World Classical Literature and at least one foreign language. History of World Arts would not hurt young inquisitive minds also.
As a minimum, all teachers must have Master degree in the subject they teach, e.g. Physics is to be taught by physicists, Chemistry - by chemists, etc. Ph. D. level is preferred. A strong academic focus in VA schools shall leave no time, energy and, as a result, any desire on part of any educational system overhead committees for discussing anything unrelated to the core function of the system educating the future of our country. We will then succeed and become competitive on the world stage. Thank you.
