As someone who is a father, grandfather, and served in the behavioral health field for 45 years; I am appalled at the Transgender Guidance Document. It will definitely create an unsafe school environment for young girls and encourage many puberty age students to mistakenly believe they have gender dysphoria. The guidance permits students to have a "gender of the day." Talk about ridiculous! Furthermore, school staff should not be a substitute for parents. It's interesting that there are many instances of school administrators not reporting physical abuse by parents or sexual abuse by school staff. But now school staff will always be Johnny on the Spot to report a parent who stands up for their rights.
