There are several glitches with the EVV app that make life really difficult. The latest: my attendant's hours were denied, because one attendant clocked in at the same time one was clocking out. One had hours shorted as a result. I had to manually fix this, and now I have a "scarlet letter" or red flag. No one at DMAS policy making with a six figure salary and an able bodied family care or understands what it takes just to handle a day when there are disabilities. Add to the struggle, the many problems with EVV and life becomes impossible.
