Who gets to decide where to draw the line on what is "sensitive". Would Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet be considered inappropriate because there is drinking and sexual innuendo? Would Macbeth be inappropriate because there is witchcraft and violence? What about the many wars that are discussed in history classes?
Teachers know the appropriate way to handle and deliver the topics that they have been teaching in their classes. There would be no sense in taking the "sensitive" and "inappropriate" information out of what is being taught in schools when the children and teens in the schools are talking about and participating in much more crude things on a daily basis.
