Opposing broadening emergency generator allowance for data centers

I live near a data center. They are already causing air pollution and noise pollution. They are also not being a good neighbor. The emergency generator allowance should not be broadened to include planned outage events. If broadened, my neighborhood’s air pollution  would get worse and I would have to wear ear plugs to take a walk around my neighborhood or to sleep inside my own house. DEQ needs to start prioritizing public health and Virginia residents’ quality of life.
