I don't know much about data centers, but from what I do know, perpetual AI is perpetual environmental destruction. Virginia is already becoming more and more of a giant metropolis in front of our eyes, and data centers seem to be purveyors of even more communities and nature destroyed. Fredericksburg's dichotomy of increasingly enriched arts and culture in the small, but mighty city vs. how lush the nature is within and outside of the Rappahannock is what makes it great. Why destroy it in its Renaissance with environment-altering garbage?
