Please limit deisel generator use for data centers

I live in the Sterling Park area, 20164, and the noise and odor from the diesel generators are incredibly loud and noticeable. I live a couple of blocks away, and I can hear them. Recently, it was 6:00 a.m., on a Saturday, and in the middle of the day on Sunday. I can also hear the data center equipment late at night. While, walking closer to the data centers that were using the generators, the noise was so loud it gave me a headache just walking around. They need more oversight and regulations.
