Oppose diesel backup generators during *planned* outage

I strongly oppose the potential change to allow data centers to run diesel "backup" generators when not an absolute necessary emergency.  Stafford County has already given up hundreds of acres of wildlife habitat, now we will be forced to accept another change for big business. Will this change be within the current DEQ mission of better air quality for all Virginians?

Thank you,
