Absolutely oppose running diesel generators during planned outages

We have stopped using our indoor gas fireplace for health reasons. We are surrounded by data centers close to residential areas in western Prince William County. Any use of diesel generators is concerning. What air quality monitoring system(s) will be put in place at every data center activating their diesel generators, and how will that resulting data be shared with the public?
