Object to data centers being given permission to run their diesel generators in non emergency

Use of diesel generators should be limited to emergency power outages only. They should not be run for supplemental power. The concentration of data centers near my home creates an air quality problem if they run their generators as they desire. In addition to air quality, I am concerned for the noise pollution from the generators.
