Data Center Generators

Please do not loosen the standards and requirements for data center use of diesel generators during emergencies.  Your mission is to protect the health, safety and welfare of Virginians and to protect the environment.  Loosening the requirements to enable use of generators during planned outages will irreparably harm our environment and residents with diesel particulates that cause air pollution. All data centers should be required to use tier 4 or better generators, but they do not. Do not give them a license to harm the environment and residents.
