Hello, 

I am a concerned citizen of Loudoun County who is writing to say that I oppose the use of diesel generators for data centers. These generators do not burn cleanly and will pollute the air significantly. The data centers have enough money and resources to be paying for cleaner energy backup solutions that simply take more time and money to set up. Make them pay instead of the citizens. If we allow the use of these generators they will significantly contribute to air quality in the surrounding areas and do much harm to human health. They cause respiratory diseases acutely and cancer when chronically exposed. This is a slippery slope, and for the citizen’s behalf demand that we protect our clean air.
