There should be an immediate halt to the operation of menhaden harvesting in the Chesapeake bay and within at least one mile of the Virginia shore line. Surprisingly Maryland had enough foresight to stop this operation in their portion of the bay years ago. Let the ships go off shore to find their catch although I believe New Jersey ran them off from their waters a few years back. After Katrina, the company moved all operations from the gulf to Virginia thus making a bad problem much worse.
