Regulations for registration of behavioral health technicians and behavioral health technician assistants are being promulgated pursuant to a mandate of Chapter 595 of the 2024 Acts of Assembly. Regulations establish required fees, specify the education and experience necessary to qualify for registration, and establish standards of practice.
