| Goals of Regulation |
The regulation sets forth standards that are intended to implement the provisions of § 63.2-1700 of the Code of Virginia relating to the: - establishment of a fee schedule for processing applications for licenses to operate child welfare agencies, assisted living facilities, and adult day care centers; and - requirement for licensing fees to be used for the development and delivery of training for operators and staff of those facilities. |
