| Goals of Regulation | To review existing regulatory requirements applicable to juvenile correctional centers and combine in a single document all regulatory provisions currently contained in 6VAC35-51 and 6VAC35-140 deemed appropriate and necesary after a comprehensive review. The regulation will be reviewed and modifications proposed to ensure that it most effectively and efficiently supports its statutory purpose. |
