Goals of Regulation (i) Whether these regulations, amended in 1995, have addressed issues involved in administering a program designed to comply with the wishes of persons who have valid do not resuscitate (DNR) orders;

(ii) Whether these regulations clearly specify the requirements and expectations of EMS agencies and personnel when caring for persons who have valid DNR orders.
