Action Summary | DMAS has incorporated changes to the state plan text related to the Drug Utilization Review Program in accordance with the requirements of the Support Act (Public Law No. 115-271). The changes include Support Act provisions related to: claims review limitations; a program to monitor antipsychotic medications by children; fraud and abuse identification; and Medicaid managed care organizations requirements. This regulatory action incorporates the same changes into the Virginia Administrative Code. |
