Amend regulations to conform to requirements of SB750 of 2013, which requires each nursing facility to maintain liability insurance of at least $1 million and professional liability coverage at least equal to the recovery limit set forth in Section 8.01-581.15 of the Code of Virginia to compensate residents and individuals harmed resulting from a facility's negligence or criminal acts. |
