Action Summary |
The existing regulation sets out the certification process for mineral miners in the Commonwealth. The Board overseeing this process, the Board of Mineral Mining Examiners, was abolished by Chapter 803 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly. This action is necessary to reflect that the Board and its documents will no longer exist as of July 1, 2012 and its functions will be absorbed by the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy. |
