Action Summary |
This action conforms the State Plan for Medical Assistance to several specific mandates required by the 2003 General Assembly. Those changes are: increase recipients' co-payments for brand name drugs; revise service limits on several services; add stretcher vans as a mode of non-emergency transportation; terminate Medicaid transitional benefits; permit in the CD-PAS program certain family members to supervise recipients' care. |
