Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
This action will remove the Guidance Document for Determination of Certain Financial Benefits to Displacees from the Virginia Department of Transportation's (VDOT's) official guidance documents list. The document does not provide relevant information to the public about available relocation benefits. The document is no longer used by VDOT and only provides procedures for internal agency staff and as such does not meet the definition of a guidance document.
