This action will remove the Locally Administered Projects Manual from the Virginia Department of Transportation's (VDOT’s) official guidance documents list. Compliance with the Manual is a contractual requirement for localities entering into Project Administration Agreements with VDOT, and the Manual does not otherwise provide information or guidance of general applicability. Removing it from the guidance documents list will ensure only relevant documents are presented to the public as guidance documents.

This action will remove the Frequently Asked Questions on the Access Management Regulations and Standards from VDOT’s official guidance documents list. This document is no longer necessary, and it will not be used or updated by VDOT moving forward. Removing it from the guidance documents list will ensure only up-to-date and relevant documents are presented to the public as guidance documents.
