Single parents do not always have an option for an EOR, especially one that lives within 50 miles. The EOR is charged with doing paperwork, so why can't it be anyone, anywhere? The EOR is not the caregiver. Single parents also do not have anyone to sign them off of EVV. EVV should not be a requirement for live-in attendants, parents or not. It's a different scenario and not a "job" we come to and leave. We don't get to clock out.
