It is my opinion that if people were licenced under the previous regulation as far as waiting 3 years to become an instructor and have been awaiting that time, grandfathering in that time would be appropriate. Otherwise they will then have to wait more time.
I am also concerned about the Master permanent cosmentic tattoo cirriculum. Will it match up with the exam that is provided nationally? Is the new cirriculum comparable to the exam? It currently is not in my opinion so so think this is of great importance when forming a cirriculum for the master progrsm.
I also noticed that in the permanent cosmetuc tattoo cirriculum some things were taken out but in the CIB for the exam with the testing company, nothing has changed. Therefore this cirriculum will not match up and may cause more failing of exam for some.
