To Whom It May Concern:
I have been a proud Virginia resident since I was 3 years old. I am 23 now and the path the state is on regarding women's health care worries me. I would like to express concern that the state's government is interferring too far into private decisions that should be made by women, their families and their doctors. The government has no place in the doctor's office and it has no place in the private lives of its citizens. I urge you to keep medical procedures safe and legal and accessible. Virginia has always prided itself on freedom. It's what we're founded on and I expect our goverment to make the right choices.
Sincerely,
Jocelyn Dugan
