I could go into all the ways the EPPP is an outdated, poorly designed assessment that may do well at detecting rote memorization and recall skills but in no way actually measures competency in practicing clinical psychology, but for now I'll just say that lowering the score and eliminating the two year requirement for passage prior to application is a start if the state is genuinely invested in the well-being of its residents and their access to necessary mental health care.
