Unless we go to only 1 yr reviews, I think we should go back to 6 month reviews instead of our current Interim Reporting process. The Interim Reports take longer time to process.
You may be playing around with paperwork for 60 days back and forth and still the customer is unclear what they may need. May lead to phone tag back and forth with questions.
Going back into the IR system and reprinting one when the customer said they did not receive one or they lost it. Front desk staff can not print them; requires an EW to reprint them.
Customers do not understand them especially elderly and disabled.
6 Month Reviews: Cases are more accurate when we have direct contact with customers. Cases are processed quicker because of the customer understands what they need to provide as a result of the interview.
