Purpose of legislation
This legislation, in part, amends the Charitable Gaming Law to require the Department to adopt regulations requiring qualified organizations to display in a conspicuous place in every place where charitable gaming is conducted a sign that bears the toll-free telephone number and website of the illegal gaming tip line established and administered by the Office of the Gaming Enforcement Coordinator in the Department of State Police.
