Guidance Document Change: The Model Policies for the Treatment of Transgender Students in Virginia’s Public Schools guidance document was developed in response to House Bill 145 and Senate Bill 161, enacted by the 2020 Virginia General Assembly, which directed the Virginia Department of Education to develop and make available to each school board model policies concerning the treatment of transgender students in public elementary and secondary schools. These guidelines address common issues regarding transgender students in accordance with evidence-based best practices and include information, guidance, procedures, and standards relating to: compliance with applicable nondiscrimination laws; maintenance of a safe and supportive learning environment free from discrimination and harassment for all students; prevention of and response to bullying and harassment; maintenance of student records; identification of students; protection of student privacy and the confidentiality of sensitive information; enforcement of sex-based dress codes; and student participation in sex-specific school activities, events, and use of school facilities.

Whats next? Allowing Women to Vote?!

Who would want to support these children risking life and death to live their truth?  What's next? You're gonna tell me its safe to allow women to vote? That we should allow blacks in our schools? I'm scared I tell you.  Who knows what would happen!  Should we just allow people to marry animals?  That's what you're saying right? Thats what's gonna happen!  If you tell me that the public school system is allowing an openly gay student to use the bathroom with straight students, you might as well know that everyone in that bathroom is coming out gay!  This is not what God intended.  White-Jesus would be rolling in his tomb right now if he hadn't died for all the sins of our good white Christian men to allow this ridiculous act of unconditional love.  I say we stop this now and bring back conditional-only love for our students in our schools.  Bring it back! Bring it back! Bring it back!
