The legislation directs policies for a "safe and supportive learning environment free from discrimination and harassment for ALL students". Women and men have equal rights. Women are physically different than biological men. In order to maintain equitable opportunities in sports, they must be limited to a single biological sex.
Biological females/males should have the right to change and use the bathroom in a single biological sex space as sharing a space with the opposite biological sex would promote a intimidating environment.
Childhood and adolescence can be a confusing time. While some children experience gender dysphoria, even the World Professional Association for Transgender Health reports that this feeling does not inevitably continue into adulthood. Children should receive accurate information about human biology and reproduction. Educational policies can support all students without promoting and reinforcing this feeling of anxiety, uncertainty and discomfort with ones' own biological sex.
